This policy covers information collected through the Driver Rescue page at colabscaled.com/driver-rescue and any SMS messages sent by CoLab Scaled, LLC in connection with it.
What we collect
When you submit the booking form we collect your name, mobile number, fleet size, city and state, and any detail you choose to write about your current hiring problem.
We do not collect payment information on this page, and we do not require an account or login to view it.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm your call, and deliver the service you ask us about. If you become a client, we use the same contact details to run and report on the systems we build for you.
SMS consent and messaging
If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from CoLab Scaled about your booking and inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Consent to receive SMS is optional. You can submit the booking form, book a call, and become a client without agreeing to text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How to opt out
For SMS, reply STOP to any message from us. For email, use the unsubscribe link in any message, or write to hello@colabscaled.com and ask to be removed.
Opting out of messaging does not cancel a scheduled call or an active engagement.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our own business records, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Sharing and service providers
We use third-party tools to deliver the service, including telephony, CRM, scheduling, and email providers. They process information only on our instructions and only to make the service work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for marketing.
